'Challah' is a dinner series exploring the diverse communities of the Jewish cultural diaspora through the eye eaters lens— a dynamic meal, good conversation and a touch of ritual. This series will center around Shabbat, the weekly Jewish day of rest, contemplation and togetherness. 


Challah kicks off with Masa Madre on Friday, November 19 at 7pm in our Ravenswood studio and will explore chefs Tamar and Elena's Mexican-Jewish heritage through a vegetarian menu featuring flavors reminiscent of their youth in Mexico City and grandmothers’ kitchens. Menu below:
