As part of our 'Challah' series, the Eye Eaters Society hosted a Shabbat dinner with chefs Dana Cree and Alana Gidycz of Pretty Cool. The series centers around Shabbat, the Jewish weekly day of rest, and explores the diverse communities of the Jewish cultural diaspora through the Eye Eaters’ lens. Chefs Dana Cree and Alana Gidycz created a multi-course menu inspired by the Kosher dairy restaurants of yesteryear paired with Johnnie Walker cocktails, S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
